Then writer suggested to slow down the pace and the music director slow down the pace also by altering few notes and this song was born. He is released from central jail after serving seven years of imprisonment for killing a notorious criminal who once ruled the streets. However, upon his return, he finds that much has changed. Nice review. All the movies of Director Sibi Malayil is worth watching. This song's music composed first and then the lyrics was made. M G Srreekumar preferred a happy song over this sad one. But the happy song sung by another singer got trimmed while editing and Kanneer Poovinte became a timeless classic.
