Hon. Mbidde you were a good man at Mukerere when you were a leader and later after MUK I don't know how I lost track of you and you went EA parliament I begannot following you. But today I am refilling man you are a wise and bold man. What you are saying is true. Lumu behaves like an HR manager who hates a particular staff and he redesigns the HR policy to that person not a title not knowing a staff is not permanent in an institution.

I don't buy whatever Mbidde says because is not trustable. He is either promoting his own agenda or representing someone's political interests. Given that his one foot is in Rwanda and another one in Uganda.
