I often see up-and-coming MCs killing tracks and making themselves look untouchable, then I listen to a Kano track (old or new) and realise he's the most incontestable MC of all time. The undisputed king.
Can't put in to words how much I love this track. This is our culture. Kano my brother you always inspire. Ps don't try manual focus the lens when it's on auto. That's how you mash up the motor haha. Love family
that was awesome. not just bc jt was a good tune, it was a fair representation of how people get together. none of that Hollywood fantasy party bs u see on the tube. friends and fam, food and booze. straight up that looked like a good time
This was a keeping it REAL music video , the lyrics hit u hard memories of the old skool times , Kano one of the 3 kings of grime with Wiley and Dizzee
At the end of the day all the haters cannot lie Kano brings UK Grime Culture at its BEST and anyhow this played at a rave with the right crowd every1s hands would be in the air sayin NEW BANGER NEW BANGERRRRRRRR!!
I coped this album and as soon as this track played I said I hate it..... But later on I started singing " new banger; new banger" couldn't stop... Realised my instincts were definitely strobger than what I thought..... The lesson is real recognises real even if you try to deny it. Gods conscious will lead you to the truth # kano
+Aleksandar Sacha Vasiljevic "I'm Melrose's son, I should've been a Richard's". He thinks he should have been born into a different family, most likely a white family because of what he grew up doing/being a part of.
+Jack Allen I'd like to know what we don't get? I really like Grime and i'm not from the uk so I'd like too know what its suppose to be vs the hip-hop scene!?
+Fred Lemalin I can't speak for everyone, but I'll just bullet point most of the reasons... 1. they can't understand the accent 2. grime is too quick for them 3. ignorant to anything else outside the US 4. majority of Americans don't even leave the country so think England is all countryside and tea so don't understand the grime culture.
+Fred Lemalin also grime isn't rap or hip hop, the main difference is the speed- above 130 bpm, comes from garage music and having a mc over the top. Go listen to original grime like boy in tha corner by dizzee rascal, altogether by ruff squad, duppy by skepta, nightbus dubplate by wiley, spaceship by skepta and jme etc, just off the top of my head then go listen to juicy by big... there's your difference
Jack Allen Thx for your feedback, it's true that some people are braindead.. I like Garage and 2-step! I really like the uk culture, I hope i can fly and come see some nice show anytime soon!
Ahhhhh another one talking smack about Americans. Tell your artists stop being influenced by our culture then you can talk all the shit you want about us.
KANO was the first to get Sponsors with Clout! (Way before UK rappers got Sportswear & Designer clothes giving them merchandise to wear in their video’s!).............KANO & WILEY set the Bar with their BARS!
