Happy Birthday Kanon ! 🧡🎧 It's a bit of a season 1 best-of, but only on her ! Very rendom and out of the context too :) #lovelivesuperstar #lovelive Enjoy !
She was okay, but I loved Keke and in Season 2 Kinako-chan. I was able especially to relate to Kinako, but I found Keke so cute, when she talked Chinese.
6 minutes of Kanon being goofy and cowardly capped off with her learning to love herself and saying "I see. I was scared, even back then." is why Superstar Season 1 is peak Love Live.
Season 1: Cute and shy girl who works hard to make her goals and dreams into reality. Season 2: Just smiles blandly at the camera while showing no other emotions unless someone insults school idols, and whines about "how hard" everyone worked even though we never see anyone working hard.
@@kana5277 You're telling me smiling for no reason like Yuu in Nijigasaki and going on a 3 minute lecture about school idols isn't interesting? What, you want actual character development or something?
@@xXInfinityDiesXx The problem is that she's just used as a pointless mediator character when there was no reason why she had to do it. Kanon was honestly made too serious compared to season 1, to the point where she was robotic. She's 16ish in season 2 and they act like she's 40.
For a LL main lead that was supposed to get me invested in for a long run than Ayumu, it's baffling that her characterization and best moments hit their peaks in season 1 (episode 6) with a brief detour to resolve past demons in episode 11 (also in S1); afterwards that disastrous season 2 completely crippled any remaining goodwill I once reserved for her and her presence now instantly triggers me whenever she shows up. Her Spanish ancestry was also intentionally left untouched; no other LL characters that possessed full/partial foreign lineage got such factor sidelined so blatantly.
