I only sleep on my sides. I cant sleep on my stomach or back. My right thigh and butt cheek goes numb. Then i get a really Sharp pain on my pelvis.This also happens when i stand long period of time, in the same spot.I've had many adjustments. Helps little bit. Comes back very quickly.

Now that's what you call a full body AJUSTMENT. How come these people seem a million times better after just one ajustment? I have had a few ajustments now and still feel no better! My lower back is killing me! My mother has spent 1000s on her back and still no better... There are shit chiropractors in ireland... I just subscribed thanks...

My GERD went away when I stopped drinking sugary drinks. Any sugar will trigger it if I eat enough but cutting sugar down stopped my problem.

I have 10 herniated disc L1-L5 S1-S5 been told I had DDD (Degenerative Disc Disease) and I've been to physical therapy and chiropractor, I've been on tramadol, ibuprofen, and a few other medications nothing seems to help....im in constant pain 10/10, hard to get up in morning's, I wake up in the middle of the night because of the pain, don't know what to do, I'm only 17 yrs old, please someone tell me what else I can do.
