It's a win-win, you guys get a great QB, Will gets to play for a championship contender. It's actually a win-win-win, because Ohio State was a good QB away from beating the national champions.

@@coments101I agree. Ohio State may have an easy line up of games this year but they still have an incredible roster. I’m hoping that Avery comes out swinging this season and hopefully takes us to another big 12 title

@@Pwin618 glad to see someone not shit on my Buckeyes man, most of us are pretty chill people. Hate the toxicity of College Ball, I support smaller teams and some bigger teams too if they aren't playing us. Love Kansas State's uniform, which is weird as my HS alma mater's rival wears purple and has a deep seeded OSU-Michigan level rivalry. But seriously y'all have some fucking cool unis, I always choose the Wildcats in video games lol.

I think he’s more athletic and probably has a better arm. Will he win a Heisman? Probably not, but I bet he gets drafted higher than Manziel did.

Idk about Heisman but I've very excited to see what Avery can do with a full year! Sad Will Howard didn't work out honestly but he just couldn't make smart choices

Howard knew Johnson was winning that job and rightfully so entered the transfer portal. Ask anyone objective and close to KSU and they will tell you Avery Johnson was QB1 for this season even if Howard decided to return.

Will Howard left because he knew he was going to sit the bench behind Avery this year. You aren’t telling K-State fans anything new. Avery will win the heisman in 2024 or 2025.

Too bad you don’t know the full picture. Also, QBs left because they knew there was no more playing time. Less than JFB? Cute. He should have easily lost the Heisman to Colin Klein. More wins and stats. Like the dig on B12 without knowing CFB. Weak!!!!! Guess we don’t know the recency and frequency of even making the B12 CC or how many times KSU has punked the other conferences.
