The apology is about a month late but this is Kanye we’re talking about 😅 what I’m frustrated about is getting an email with a tracking number that says my shipping label has been created and usps is awaiting for the item. I got this March 28th and no updates. When I reach out to yzysply I get the same automated response 🤨

I ordered the YZY Pods on Feb 11th, and all I have is the confirmation. Haven't gotten any updates since ordering it. Not even shipping update emails. Still on order confirmed. Hopefully it ships out soon 😭
The seam on my shirt was damaged. Was happy that I finally got my products today after close to 4 month. Sure maybe it is worth the 20$ but shit ain't worth the shipment fees and the wait.

I ordered them in Feb, now is June. I still haven’t received the pods. They did give me a tracking number a week ago, but the tracking number is faulty.

So, i wanted to come back and say that I FINALLY GOT THE PODS. However, must add a disclaimer for those who may get them. The sizing is weird. So, i had ordered a size 2, as I'm a 10.5 or 10 wide mens. I was shipped a size 1, they fucked that up, BUT... They somehow fit perfectly? This will be different for everyone ofc but i just wanted to add this here and hope it helps. EDIT: Forgot to mention, quality is great even from china. Little bit of adhesive squeeze out, but that will wear out with wear.
Kanye definitely stole the design from balenciaga because him and demna had beef. Kanye dropped his product before balenciaga could so most people would assume it's his design. When balenciaga teased their "pods" on instagram it was just a picture that said "no comment". It's just standard Kanye trolling. I still bought the pods I'm under order 55,000 (only because you posted the video before the Super Bowl ad) and I haven't gotten a single update since i ordered on February 11th.

Was thinking about getting in touch with my bank to claim I may have purchased from a fake website…. Then out of the blue got this same email.

Ordered Pods and clothing on February 15th. Got the clothes 2 days ago. Got the mail today and found another package from Yeezy supply with the same clothing items.
This should actually be criminal to false advertise like this. When I ordered mine it was to ship in 4 weeks. It’s been 2 months and nothing. I’m not respecting the excuses. I reached out to the Yeezy team and all they sent me is “we have a lot of fills let us know if you want your money back”. That’s just unacceptable after waiting almost 3 months.
