Honestly, there's no way you can't convince me Kanye isn't trolling to some degree. I think he's being extremely hyperbolic and intentionally contentious when he states his cases. People have even said he'll be pretty normal until the cameras start rolling. Even if Kanye is off his rocker, the way every institution treats him is worrying. If banks can just screw over a celebrity like him over petty things, it basically just proves we have all the systems for a Chinese style social credit system in place.
