Kaori captivated us with her beautiful skating, even without triple axels or quadruples, and won her third consecutive World Championship title. Kaori's beautiful skating is a model for figure skating.
She has such presence and charisma the moment she's on ice. And her powerful strength and deep edges never diminishes❣❣❣❣❣❣❣❣ She is the best in the world clearly.❣❣❣❣❣❣❣❣ かおりさん素晴らしかった。さすが世界チャンピオンの滑りでしたね‼‼‼ 氷上に立った瞬間会場全体が引き締まった様な存在感とカリスマがみなぎりました。 最後のトリプルループも最高の出来でした❣❣❣❣❣❣❣❣
Man... she makes it look so _easy._ 😯😍 Folks, this is what hard work, iron will, icy nerves, and total dedication to the craft can get you. It doesn't matter who your parents are. It doesn't matter what flag you fly. It doesn't matter what you believe or what kind of music you like or if you think Miku Hatsune could beat up Reimu Hakurei. There was no quit, no hesitation, no faltering whatsoever in this routine. This is about as unbeatable a performance as I have _ever_ seen in the sport. Congrats to the indomitable champ! Again! 🏆🏆🏆
kaori’s speed, power, and assuredness on the ice is unmatched. isabeau is incredibly talented but she is still maturing on her path into becoming one of the greats. given that isabeau says kaori is one of her idols, i’m so happy that they get to stand side by side on the podium together
I like Isabeau very much with her ballerina like expressions and extensions. But she breaks at her waist (what I mean is she drops her upper body in order to gather up power/strength to fly) right before her lutz flip jumps which is the sign of lack of strength. She'll definitely get better in time and one day will be the world champion with rate she's going.
@@mikiohirata9627her toe jumps, lutz especially, are pretty terrible technique. i am obviously not a world class skater but my coach would be appalled if i walked in one day and started jumping like that lol. imo, despite johnny weir and tara gushing over her jumps, they are quite jarring to look at in the middle of her otherwise beautiful programs. i hope she gets a coaching change because she is so so talented and driven, but i don't see this technique being sustainable into her 20s. it reminds me a bit of anna scherbakova's except somehow even more extreme with the forward lean ://
@@ruelongchashe reminds me a lot of scherbakova or medvedeva….very expressive and lovely but the toe hammer and lean on her jumps is pretty brutal. hoping she’s able to stay healthy but i do worry.
@@ruelongchashe’s had the same russian coach since she was a child and her coach taught her to jump like an eteri girl. next season she will be well-into age 17 which is generally the expiration year for skaters with technique like hers. Zhenya had to get the nerves in her back surgically removed because of this technique. i worry it’s too late to change anything even if she did change coaches which is extremely unlikely.
I feel she won because she threw in her combinations in the second half of the program for the bonus points that’s what helped her where as Levito didn’t but I personally love Levito technique more ♥️
