Kids Always On the Same Step, b.k.a. KAOSS, is a community based non-profit organization founded in Suffolk Virginia under the direction of Mr. J. Evans on Friday August 8th, 2008 and incorporated Friday March 25th 2011.
Our colors are Red, Black, and White in that order and it is our mission "to inspire today's youth to be tomorrow's achievers" through implementing various intense self-esteem enhancement workshops that train children to grace the stage as "proud as a peacock."
KAOSS places a high value on family ethics and guarantees appropriate performances for all audiences, while actively participating in various outreach programs such as: Domestic Violence Awareness, fundraising for Group homes & shelters, Holiday Clothing, Canned Food and Toy Drives, and Youth Mentoring Workshops with over 25 local schools and churches. KAOSS has been recognized by Suffolk Public Schools PTA as "the ideal youth mentoring organization."
We would like to thank The Boys and Girls Club of Southeast VA for their partnership and Step Afrika for their continuous support and inspiration! In the spirit of healthy competition we always look forward to leaving an impression that will be remembered by all.
