When a member of a historically black fraternity has completed his/her pledging process their is the event you see above called Probate (short for the brief probationary period a pledge goes through before being welcomed into the frat/soro). The video above is the announcement/coming out party for the new class of a fraternity. Usually there is a party after this where a ton of frat swag is heaped on the new members.
The N word ruined it for me. If you do not want to be called that word, stop using it, writing it or singing it. This was never a nice word so stop using it like it was. This is an awful awful word.
