These brothers were sharp. They were def smooth with it…I love watching step teams… We need more programs like this within our young community not just wait to have this experience just in college. I remember growing up on the West Coast and wondering why there was not a greater need for organizations that teach young black men these type of leadership qualities and that many of these fraternity and sorority offer. I wanted to go down South where it seems like more of the majority of my people are actually attending college and going on to have successful careers.
