Sa pagkakaalam ko ang kapa malong malong dance is originates from maguindanaon tribe. Yung words mismo na "kappa malong malong" ay salitang maguindanaon po. Sa maranao ay Kapmamalongmalong if i'm not mistaken. Correct me if i'm wrong 😊
I appreciate them doing the dance but they execution is not good, unsynchronized, tapos naka tingin sila sa harap which is a no no for muslim dances, even though catholic ako napagalitan na kami if we did that, dapat kasi chin up at eyeballs down. Tapos yung direction nung sway ng malong nung nasa baba hindi tugma sa mga nasa taas. Kung sadyang magkaiba ang direction nila dapat kalahati nung nasa taas same direction. I have done this myself and other muslim dances for different events sa school namin before. Then the hand gestures sana man lang yung angles parehas, yung overhead sa pag exit nila dapat uniform kung bent or straight yung arms.
This is a dance of the Maranao Tribe of the Moro People, which are in the Bangsamoro Autonomous region. Which is different from the Filipinos in the PH. The Moros never became subjects of the Spanish Empire. The word Filipino was given to the Subjects of the Spanish Empire, which are only in the Luzon and Visayas Islands not us. I'm so tired of the Philippines milking the culture and tradition of the Moros, especially the Maranaos for their own benefit only and take credit for it. Ever since the forceful integration of the Moros in the Philippines, they have been treated harshly by the government and subjected to being 2nd class citizens in the country. Plus the previous harsh and inhuman attempts to subjugate them into submission, and the widespread land grabbing of their lands which the PH government supported. Not once has the government did anything infavor of them. So stop appropriating our culture as Filipino, because it's not.

As a true Mranao nakakatawang pakinggan ang sinasabi nyong "Kapa Malong malong"😆😂 Kasi ang Tama na term para dito ay "Kapmamalomalong"... Kahit ang isang batang Maranao ay hinding hindi maiisip na sabihin ang mga salitang "kapa malong malong"...Napaka wrong promise 😆😆😆
As a Mranao also, it is not right to laugh to someone's mistake. We can tell them the right term without prejudice, in fact they are not native mranao. Just saying, spread love not hate.❤️
