I think your point about a chemical imbalance due to drugs is reasonable… I’m just pointing out that it appears to be from a lot of drug abuse including hard drugs, and not just one time smoking weed. A friend of mine hung out with Musk once a few years ago, and he said they stayed up late getting hammered doing shots of hard liquor. Many people don’t consider that to be a drug, but it is kind of similar… And it is very similar if a person is getting wasted off of it. And it indicates that he has a problem with substance abuse.

EV's are dangerous as all these batteries can burn up/explode and kill people after they have a collision. The extraction of cobalt in African mines ia tragic for the kids who do it for money.
