no dear, this is not kopra but coconut dried in its shell and husk for a long time to preserve it. Dried in its shell like a nut. Kopra for animal feed is when fresh coconuts are squeesed off their milk and the residue used as animal feed. l too was stunned seeing dry coconut for the first time.

Nice ingredients they used , everything is so fine ,but my suggestion is that little bit hygiene is to maintain if we watch the video of other countries they manufacturering the mass quantity products that type of atomation is required for our manufacturers
They are using plastic cpver while pressing hot sweet and aluminium paper (silver paper). This is much better than nicely packed Nickle chocolate . What to do. As per comments in food channels, no cooking at home it looks like that.

I am not sure you are calling from which place, I see there is a kind of food Revolution among telugus due to some selflessness services of few people who are thrusting on pesticideless agriculture, non corporate food products preparation in Telangana and andhra. I expect in two years many unhealthy practices of now will be replaced by traditionals. It will happen in near future as people are fed up due to diseases and cost of living. People want to work but they need a leader who can put plans into reality. Some one has to lead.
