Very good illustration of the KATA martial application. Btw, the music at the beginning is one I often hear in Tai Chi videos...As my RU-vid id would suggest, I do Shotokan karate and Tai Chi (Yang, Chen and Sun styles).

@@STARSILVER07 Yeah, I overlooked the fact that Okinawan karate, although, mainly insists on standing grappling with clinch striking, it doesn't really have much of a ground fighting(although, it have some...)
