Stunning and rare footage of Karate legend ASAI TETSUHIKO Shihan.
The late Asai sensei (1935 - 2006) visited Shanghai, China in 2004 and gave a demonstration of his remarkable skills. Unlike many other masters, Asai's Karate is very soft and relaxed. As his wife states in the video: no matter what the opponent tries, he cannot hit him.
Note: At the time of Asai's visit to China, he was holder of the 9th Dan. He was awarded 10th Dan after he had passed away.
