Day 26 took lesson 23 but couldn’t comment because my mom took my phone but I still watched it on the tv

I thought hook is not allowed in karate ? Wkf said that. My dojo never teaches this

You are correct about the WKF rules. I’m am sharing moves/techniques/styles that I’ve learned over the number of years I’ve been training. In my experience, I’ve only really been active on an open karate circuit. I hope this gives you a better understanding of what I’m teaching.
