Hi, I know this isn't getting that much views as the first ones BUT don't stop this karate series please sir, "Success takes time" (and can you do some cobra kai moves tutorials too?)

I’ve learned about patience for years, and yes it does take time. I’ll have to study some of the scenes from Cobra Kai and see if I can analyze it. I can’t promise it though.

What style you do sir? I really wanna learn this style. Cuz this is more likely to work for self defence.

My primary style is Shotokan but my instructor taught us different styles along our training.

Lesson 23 definitely could be used. It’s like a boxing lesson. As for the kicks, it can be used in sparring matches (if those techniques are legal to use). I personally would not use those kicks for self defense.

These combinations I show in lessons is not Shotokan but rather some kickboxing and dynamic kicks to build body awareness. The katas I teach in my dojo are Shotokan.
