Dear Sensei, thank you SO much for another amazing 15-minute training. As usual, this workout trains both sides of the body equally, which is a hallmark of your practice. I love how your trainings are carefully thought through conceptually to connect the training to the deeper concepts of karate, while also giving us a great workout. You all are a treasure! FYI -- this training somehow kept the attention of our three-year-old for nearly 10 minutes! A bonus for a tired mom trying to squeeze in a workout. Also, this was the first time he has ever kiai'ed!

Votre jambe arrière est tendue dans le travail kizami gyaku tsuki, C'est l'erreur du débutant, Il faut compresser la jambe arrière pour être efficace. Ça, c'est juste une gymnastique....!
Muchas gracias por este nuevo entrenamiento. Son ustedes un importante referente en mi entrenamiento, saben conjugar a la perfección la técnica posicional, los desplazamientos, la velocidad de reacción, y las defensas y ataques. En definitiva son entrenos muy completos para el desarrollo y el concepto del estilo Shotokan. Mi profundo agradecimiento por hacerme disfrutar con cada propuesta que realiza, y la manera en que expresa el Karate que lleva dentro.
