Great Session! Being a Goju-ryu guy, I just switched the Kokutsu-dachi for Neko-ashi-dachi and the short Zemkutsu for Sanchin-dachi to feel more natural - and everything of course still worked like a charme. Thanks a lot from Hanover, Germany!

Shotokan - observed the tiger. For the tiger is powerful and graceful, yet the tiger is very Conservative. 😔 'No good idea to do 'outside block' when in a reverse front stance. ' Front foot forward and same side hand with front foot do outside block. No good idea to do outside block with other hand. 😔 After drills, try not to walk around. Stand still, and regulate your breathing. When using the legs, the lungs has to generate more oxygen and the bigger the muscles the more the lungs has to work. Learn to breath, stand still. Take all the time to breathe naturally. Your body will let you know. Drink water if needed. Power is developed with proper resting. Don't burn yourself out. Be patience. Remember the tiger, know how to build power and reserved the strength of the power. One of the most common observation to note: power development takes time and stability with power is foundational in your training. Next is to build endurance. Jogging is good for the lungs, legs and the blood circulation. Then we strengthen the body. Pushup, squarts, berpees. Now combine, basic movement with effective breathing, power, endurance...
Now I have studied some of your videos and would believe that with a year's correct training you could become twice as good, what I can recommend to you is to study weight shifting in your technique rather than what I call thinking with the hip, a movement start by pushing or pulling when you go out on the street, then move by moving forward with your hip! no, it starts in the foot. Try to study Soke Inoue Yoshimi or Kato a bit, he is one of the few who clearly shows what I mean, that it is not shotokan, but it doesn't matter because it is the same principle everywhere uses kungfu, karate etc. I train shotokan myself, but you have to have maximum power, so you need to know the techniques (ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-SRRrKPZTDvc.html)
