The "Korean GigaChad" is BM, Big Matthew from LA, he runs a charity called the big tittie committee, which sends its proceeds to breast cancer awareness and research. BM does a lot of the behind the scenes production for his group.

the mixture of masculine and feminine energy within kard is one of my favorite things, and it comes out a lot in ring the alarm. they talked in a couple of interviews how difficult it was for them as a co-ed group to find writers and producers to work with, because no one was writing for co-ed, and choreographing is also its own challenge. but the kard members are so talented and mix the masculine and feminine movements so well - they flow in and out so flawlessly. with ring the alarm, they went for elements of the girlish dance style in the chorus (point) choreo, and you can tell bm was 100% in, while j.seph altered it to suit his own dance style better. they spoke in interviews how much fun they had with it and how excited it made them. so like you said, i'm beyond glad that they're choosing whatever they're comfortable with, and that happiness comes off during each and every performance they've had. kard is in a truly unique position where they're combining not only their different voices, but also the different dance styles that you will hardly find on stage in kpop.

Going to see them here in Seattle on Monday! I love their sound! They aren't as popular in Korea as they are everywhere else, but I think they are great!

i really think you'd love their harder stuff like break down (off the same mini-album like ring the alarm), or their stuff from their 2nd mini-album you & me (jinikka is an underrated favorite). i'd recommend bomb bomb, dumb litty (BM - korean gigachad lol - wrote and produced this one, just like gunshot), and honestly just their whole previous mini-album red moon (inferno is a guy subunit track and enemy is the girl track and both are FIRE). also BM has his solo stuff out too - 13IVI (spells BM) is such a good track, and i also LOVE body movin' (which was used in a HUGO campaign, and BM is brand ambassador!). his feature on jessi's put it on ya is also fire. finally - a bit niche maybe - but BM featured on a few of his brother's tracks (he goes by AK DIORR) so i recommend eager, vvs baby and playboy mansion.
