My pec minor is extremely tight along with my upper trapezius to my occipital region. I weightlift a lot and my middle trapezius/rhomboids are weak, but I don't they are. I think they are expanding/contracting at the same time. They used to be weak. This is making me have a slight thoracic kyphosis along with rounded shoulders and it is really annoying. I have tried brutal stretches for a while but my position/tightness goes/comes back. Would it be best to have some sort of myofacial release? Would the graston technique help me out?
What is the difference between your decompression method and the Chrane Condyle Lift technique (Alphabiotics). I don't mean in how each technique is done. I want to know the effect each has on the body.
