I certainly enjoyed Karen's discussion. I think it is unrealistic to think that religion will disappear any time soon. Rather than seeing "religion" as the problem, why not face the fact that it is what people do with religion that is the real problem. Why? Most people, even those who have disavowed religion altogether, are stuck in an "I'm right your wrong" mentality. Let me stop you right there Karen at: 12:25. You are out of your mind if you don't think Secularism would rather not see Religion disappear. Alot of problems would be non-existent with-out the platform of Religion. Examples: Child molestation, crusades, Nigerian bombings etc....Yes alot of charities would disappear but alternative means have been set up such as the UNICEF and many others. My point is we can do with-out religion. I'm not biased, I enjoy her work but lets not be deceptive here.
