She really has the face of a old hollywood femme fatale actress. Very very beautiful. I mean yes the beauty that we admire now is the work of designers, makeup artists, hairstylists, and etc. but no model couldn't be that beautiful without having those features to begin with.
Karen's still one of my favorite models. Always loved her walk. Really sharp and concise but regal and graceful at the same time. Something about her posture and the way she moves her arms.

Karen was an extraordinary model. I thought she would be able to better accept aging, but from reports over the years it's been extremely hard for her. She is a young woman. I hope she can appreciate the years ahead and be grateful for the opportunities her beauty gave her.
