15:23 Been there, over half the "behind the scenes people" (including myself) told management that if they tried to force them "out onto the floor" like that we would quit on the spot, no "two weeks notice" or any of that, just a "I quit, you won't see me tomorrow" letter and that would've been it. "But why?" asked management "Because we're NOT the show monkey types like the 'floor personel', we're the shadows in the background, the elves/faries/gnomes that makes the magic ready to happen so when the magician press the button everything lights up, it's what we're hired to do and why we sought the job" The decision was retracted the next day and a message was posted, basically saying "we're sorry for thinking we knew better than the people who have worked their positions for years, we've only been sitting in the office and thought the idea was good because we only saw it on paper". We also suggested that management should first of all try to WORK the different positions so they actually had an idea of what everything included, not just read the task list, but actually DO the tasks, that way we might also prevent them from trying to add more tasks to our workload, instead of thinking "oh they can do 10% more work no problem" 10 times so we suddenly have over twice the workload. It never happened, their argument was that higher management was too busy with their job to try it, but we did get it so they would not add more work onto us without our input.
