I love Aiden Kearney's clarity, constancy and directness. He is the polar opposite of all the important prosecution witnesses, who you would need to believe to convict Karen Read of any charge. The accounts implicating Karen Read kept changing to try to cover all the inconsistencies in the prosecution narrative e.g. the timeline of events.

I know why Jen McCabe googled "Hos long to die in cold" at 2:30am. Jen did NOT want John to freeze to death out in the snow, but she DID want his body placed out in the snow just before sunup so that someone taking a morning walk could find him at sunrise and take him to the hospital. Then John might survive with amnesia (all cracked skulls like O'Keefe's result in memory loss of what happened). Also, Jen did not want the plow-driver to find the body and call it in. She wanted someone else to find it so that it would be plausible that the plow driver ran him over. When people start to realize that John did not have enough frostbite for a 5-/2 hour stint in the snow, and when they see that Jen told the 911 operator that the victim had been in the snow for an hour, they will realize that the McAlberts are guilty of conspiracy at a minimum.

The balls these corrupt policemen have, to brazenly back together such a sorry investigation while protecting their good friends. ( and denied being friends when asked)

This case is wild! I always respected police and held them in high regard. The corruption, lies and cover up is blatant to anyone watching. How this went to trial shows how deep it goes. It’s Orwellian.

Jen’s 2:27 am search is supported by the Higgins and Albert’s butt dials at 2:22 am. Did Karen ever say whether or not she even asked Jen to Google how long it takes for someone to sue in the cold at 6:24??

Aiden is correct. It is factually impossible that officer John O'keefe was struck by a vehicle.

Such a sad story for Officer John O'Keefe and Karen.. whomever did this knows what happened..and should come forward there is so many questionable people involved...even if it was a accident... nobody will heal from this untill the turth comes out kinda sad for this whole town..

My 23 yrs as a Medical Professional delivering direct care for Trauma/Pedestrian struck patients in a Level 1 Trauma Ctr: I would see Fractured pelvis, fractured femurs(upper legs) diffuse (widespread Purple-Red bruising large hemorrhagic places evident to the skin! And A ruptured spleen and Aorta (the main descending Vessel) plus all these injuries, laying in the backdown position, All the body’s blood would pool to his back! The arm definitely showed the teeth & nail tearing to his skin! You don’t need a Medical degree, just COMMon SENSE

Bless her heart, did she just get lips done this morning. I swear mine looked almost this blown up one time ten years ago!! Luckily it was only stuff that lasted 90 days.

I would like to show you the evidence presented in court and also talk about things the jury did not hear that convinced me she is guilty. She was fighting with him over their relationship. She was definitely over the BAC level for drunk driving when she hit him with the SUV. She stated that she left him at the bar while speaking with Jen McCabe, when she actually left him at the Albert's. She called her parents after 1am. Why would she do that? She left heated voice mail messages showing the type of anger someone who wants to cause harm would show. She showed no emotion in court when those messages were played. If she loved him, I would think knowing those were the last things you said to someone would cause an emotional reaction when you heard them. She jumped out of the vehicle when they arrived at Albert's seeing John at 6am in January during a blizzard with his body covered in inches of snow at a house she had only been to once before. That was VERY revealing to me. She made statements regarding hitting him heard by different people. Her actions that morning, collecting her things from John's and telling Paul's wife she will never talk to them again. Her lawyer stating at her first appearance this was an accident and their was no premeditation. This was a very revealing court statement made before the "corrupt cops did it and multiple cops helped cover it up" narrative was spread to social media influencers by Karen and Alan Jackson team. Physical evidence: Tail light pieces found at the seen. GPS data showing John's phone never moved shortly after she left until 6am the next morning when the phone was still on and under his body. DNA evidence of John on bumper and tail light. Time line from Waze GPS and vehicle event logger show she went in reverse at a high rate of speed hitting something AFTER she made the three point turn when she missed turning down the correct street. Cell phone expert showing Live in court that Jen McCabe did not do the google search at 2:27am as the defense claimed. This expert made the program that the Defense expert used to do his report and the defense expert was shown to be wrong. That was a key red herring put out by the Defense team that had to be shown to be untrue for me to completely disregard their "Albert's and McCabe's did it" conspiracy theory. Things the jury did not hear that I also consider: The jury DID NOT hear from Karen Read's brother. The prosecution showed a video at O'Keefe's driveway of Karen's brother brushing snow off her SUV. Why didn't Defense put him on the stand to testify that the tail light was not in the same condition as sally port photo? He would have been the BEST Defense witness with direct knowledge of evidence. Instead, they called individuals that had no direct knowledge and only testified with expert opinion. The Jury did not hear about the Federal Public Corruption investigation by the FBI. Why? It would be too prejudicial AGAINST Karen Read. The federal government spent tons of money, time, and resources. They got Grand Jury testimony from Brian Albert, Brian Higgins, Trooper Proctor and who knows how many other people. They got phone records and text messages. They likely conducted wire taps of individuals we know of and don't know of. They investigated a lot of people that were NOT Karen Read. The Grand Jury is over. How do we know? Because the DOJ has NO Obligation and would not have released that 3,000 page report if the grand jury was still standing. The grand jury would have had to issue indictments BEFORE ending. They did not. The US Attorney's Office is on the record stating that Brian Albert and Brian Higgins are not targets of their investigation. All of this is extremely likely to have influenced the jury to believe Karen did it. Unconfirmed reporting states the split was 8 guilty and only 4 not guilty on DUI manslaughter. The Defense Team pushing Hung Jury instruction from the beginning proves they knew this was always the plan for hung jury. That was their strategy. Pay social media influencers to spread lies on the internet to taint the jury pool. Get as many biased individuals on the jury as possible. They accomplished that mission. I am sure those influencers signed NDAs, but with the money train ending and a second trial on the horizon, I believe the defense will try to negotiate a plea to lesser charges.
