That's what the Commonwealth claims. That should be sus enough, wouldn't you think? 'He's our expert" - yet anyone could tell you he's clearly not one. So... what else is the CW trying to sell you on?
Is there ANY possible way that a group of attorneys - or even us members of the public - can file a complaint against that judge? This is an honest question. This is getting beyond ridiculous.
The Judge claimed Dr. Russell struggling with her certainty, when she clearly was competent, certain, and had a “HIGH DEGREE” of certainty. The judge needs to go
You're absolutely right. The DA had a chance to shut down their imbecilic case when they received that exculpatory evidence. Instead of focusing on trying to find out what really happened to JO, they threw away the FBI's report and pushed ahead with this ridiculous prosecution.
The FBI report came out & was handed to the judge & probably defense and prosecution in April. TWO MONTHS AGO. A prosecutor not even connected with this case was asked what that meant, & she stated that over 2,000 pages oftentimes has nothing in it that amounts to anything. And there has been zero said about it in trial.
@@Patricia-kz4rl In trial they refer to the Feds as “an agency not connected with the defense or prosecution” or in case of Grand Jury testimony they say “the defense was not there and prosecution was not there.” The Feds info is being used quietly. It’s like looking for Taylor Swift’s Easter Eggs. The ARCCA dr’s, for example, wrote a portion of Fed’s report.
As for Dr. Russell, I checked my emails from Boston Globe. On May 10th, there was a link about trial that included dog in blurb. I think she learned about it then and talked about it with a former prosecutorial colleague of Jackson’s. He then contacted AJ who contacted witness. FWIW, I thought she was fascinating.
Whew, good thing the judge and prosecutor were on top of verifying the men hired by the feds were actual experts. If not they could have had someone who used incorrect data to formulate an opinion without using any standard mathematcal equations to give an impropable, convoluted and ever changing conclusion on how the incident occurred.....oh wait.
@@autosalesqueen I find it sad that Lally lies about things that are easily verifiable. (Like the booking video and audio he horribly misrepresented that we could see and hear for ourselves.) I still haven’t quite figured out if he’s dumb or a ruthless schemer who thinks he’s the smartest man in the room. Maybe he was until he met Karen Read, Alan Jackson, David Yanetti, Elizabeth Little, the Read family and her supporters.

Ms. /Dr. Russel also stated that there were puncture holes in the sleeve of the sweatshirt which were VERY apparent in the picture which was shown last week. Unless of course taillights have teeth, it's quite obviously Chloe 's imprints.

@@michaelhensley9295 Then WHY would John go over there? And if Karen knew all of this, why on earth would she take him there, drop him off, then leave? Why not go in with him? She was driving, John was drunk, why didn't she take him HOME? IF she knew about the potential of John putting Colin in jail, & she took him over to Brians', anyway, she is culpable. She should feel horrible, because had she taken John home, maybe he would still be alive. What part of the trial was it disclosed about Colin, because watching all this time, I not once heard a motive.
Disgusted by how disrespectful and condescending the judge was to the excellent Dr. Russell. And then she went on to mischaracterize Dr. Russell's testimony by saying she "struggled" and wasn't clear. But the completely inarticulate and unqualified Trooper Paul got a pass. Judge Canone has clearly picked a side.
The witness contacted the prosecutors office first, but they didn’t want to hear it! He was found in the freezing cold with his head beaten in with bites and scratches from a dog, with no jacket on because he was inside the house, missing one shoe that was never recovered! The case was closed 16 hours later and no one in the house was questioned! All officers! What does that tell you?
This is why KR will be found innocent on appeal, the judge will not allow these witnesses on the stand, specifically the crash experts NOT paid or interviewed by the defence
The judge is sooooooooo bias.. one rule for Lally opposite for defence. Can the judge be checked? How can she be so blatantly pro lally. She feeds him what to object to! How is that allowed

Exactly. I live in Ma. There’s all kinds of wild life roaming in the night. Coyotes, Fisher Cats, Fox, even bear. You wouldn’t think that, but it’s a fact. You hear it on the news all time. It’s definitely a possibility !
The impartial judge needs to tread the water very carefully because obviously she may have forgotten that the common wealth the Mass state police and ATF have been and still are under an investigation and Id like to think that she doesn't want to dip her toes in that puddle... from where I stand at this moment 5 wittinesses from the common wealth are facing various charges and that number is rising daily and it won't surprise me at all that her name is added to the short list very soon
I like when closing arguments take place because it sounds so much better when it's puts together & makes more sense of everything, I still think defense is winning, I really don't think Karen at all did this, John's arm definitely looks like a dog attack & his face was beaten up, maybe John didn't go in the house Maybe John was beaten up on the front lawn & the dog attacted John & John passed out in the snow cause he was beaten up so bad & John then frozed to death with having hypothermia & the Alberts & the McCabes knew what had happened & they all tried covering it up. Because they all knew they would all be held accountable & because Trooper Proctor knew the families & Trooper Proctor Hated Karen & Trooper Proctor Tampered with the evidence & made it look like it was Karen that did this. & one thi g The Judge is very Biased she always sustains everything, she always rushes everything, & she always has an attitude, I won't care very much for this Judge.. She should of been removed.. if Karen is found not Guilty If I was Karen after this is over, I would file a civil suit & get them all.
Karen’s way too confident and cocky the jurors will go after her. I want her to testify, it will give Mr Lally the chance to change the minds of those who thinks she’s innocent, which she’s not
I find it so interesting when people are screaming "where is the evidence against Karen"? yet completely ignore the fact that there is NO motive for the Arnolds', McCabes, Higgins, or any of these people who have been labeled as highly suspicious, & out of everyone connected with this case, KAREN READ is the only one who has ever suggested that Arnolds' had it out for John. OF COURSE SHE DID, she's covering her ass.

If she knew that Colin Albert was out to get John (I never heard that in testimony, & defense would have jumped on that. But someone on this thread said Colin Albert had a motive) and she took John to that house, anyway, SHE HELPED GET HIM KILLED. Maybe she knew nothing about it. But WHY would John put himself in that position, ESPECIALLY when every one of them was drinking/drunk? She was driving. Even if Karen knew absolutely nothing about Colin, she still should have just drove John back to his house.
Patricia, the defense said the motive for Colin was that John yelled at him when he like nine years old for walking across his lawn. Lame. I have no idea why they are placing blame on Colin.
