You said that Seeking Justice for John O'Keefe is the most important thing which 100% agree with we are 13 days into this trial and other than his brother his sister-in-law and a couple of couples that were friends with him for a very long time I've not seen one person not even one of them show any sadness or Sympathy for the loss of his life regardless of how it happened

I truly pray and hope that John O'Keefe's family is listening to this and can come to a conclusion on their own of what really happened here because no matter what they think there is no way to argue with the fact of the police in this situation did every single thing wrong you would expect them to do everything right plus some for a Brother in Blue... shameful and they should have to answer to that family as to why they did what they did and I hope that there is a civil lawsuit against the police department for this after this concludes and if it concludes in anything but a not guilty I will be blown away but I've watched these trials before and I've been blown away in the past at some of these verdicts it's unbelievable even though we see what the jury is saying it's not like they're seeing a ton more stuff than we see we see it all too and you have to put two and two together people it's not that hard in this case a lot of people should be going down for this one
Did everyone miss it , Allison said near the end of her testimony she said “Colin was not in the house when John was in the house” just before the door opened about harassment 😅
Was that in or was that at ? I watched it just now and she said at. You and I know he was at the house. He was out front at the house for over 10 mins. His phone tells us that. Then he was in the front yard. The phone also tells us that. This is the that will end Karen. Also her reverse at speed at that exact time will be damning.

Allison said, "Colin wasn't even there when John was in the house". What? So, John WAS in the house. The defense should have been all over that statement! It makes no sense that Karen dropped him off and he never went in.

This woman on the right made the dumbest statement ever! She said, the budget of the prosecution of this defense team.” That’s horribly incorrect. The DA’s office is the literal Commonwealth of Massachusetts. They are not separate entities. The DAs office is made up of representatives of the Commonwealth and they therefore have entire state police, and state government at their disposal. Plus getting app records does not cost money. You subpoena them. The prosecution had to know that the defense had this. Discovery is reciprocal. Listening to the person on the right is painful. Timestamp is around the 11 minute mark.
I don't think the door is open on the feds because it came in while the defendant was questioning the witness if it would have been the other way around I believe it would come in. I'm just afraid that the jury thinks oh there's not only this case against Karen but there's also a federal case against her as well they don't know who it's against and that's not fair to her so I do believe it should be cleared up but I bet you Auntie Bev will not let it in any further since it was brought up under the defense counsel's questioning
There's really not much of a question as to whether or not she lied about going home that night she actually said in her answer I think so I'm pretty sure I went home or some crap like that and then when she was asked by the judge she goes up I don't remember what? A man died and you don't remember what you did that night you weren't drinking there was nothing else going on you're running around dropping everybody off you remember the dogs that you picked up and took to the police station but you cannot remember if you're telling the truth about going home and staying home that night know you know and you need to answer the question it's very frustrating to see people lie and try to get away with that it's it's actually discussing and perjury should be much more harsh
The problem is that the police should have asked these people right away nobody should have to remember over 2 years ago where a car was located if they would have asked him within 1 2 3 days then guess what we would have it but they didn't they didn't want to know because they knew and they didn't want any more information would you not think that a police officer they would go above and beyond Beyond on an investigation it's just wild to me
Exactly you expect some inconsistencies with those three witnesses.... it's just when you have people that are like saying the same exact things as far as times it takes to walk somewhere or times it takes to drive and they're exactly right on the money or just so many things that were so obvious that they were coached these three did not do that
You didn't play the video long enough she ended up not making it home until I think 1:30 after all of these stops so that is a huge deal for that time on huge and if those messages and the texts were manipulated this is not going to be good for them and if you know anything at all about Alan Jackson that's his thing he will take them down in 2 seconds over this.
