@@Ricopolico That raving lunatic witch was on a power trip, thinks she's above the law and start smacking CHILDREN around like it's her right to do so... but nooooooo, it's the DAD that's at fault here according to you... just because he's actually a decent human being who is willing to stand up for his family. As for 'culpability' - you think that physical assault is an acceptable reaction by a complete stranger for kids riding bikes on the pavement? Seriously? What the hell is wrong with you?
@@Ricopolico what culpability? Lol the kid just rode over on his bike to see what was going on and she claimed he tried to run her down... Did you see him try to run her down? Also the dad didn't hover over anybody lmao he was like like 8 feet away from her lmao
The old woman that hit the kid on the bike is named Susan Garcia, and she was charged with assaulting a minor. Good thing the boy was wearing a go pro.
@Aniwayas Song - What is this bullshit? Have you ever hit a woman? I grew up surrounded by 4 sisters and an old man who was considered to be about the baddest ass in our city.. Early on, I was taught all hell would break loose if I EVER struck a woman, no matter what she did. That was enough to restrain me until one night when I was in my early 30's that some skank at a dive bar struck me across my face with a half-full bottle of Budweiser. Reflexively, I back-handed her into another dimension. Thinking the cops would soon arrive, I skedaddled. I returned a few hours later to apologized. The bartender, Chubba, told me she hide in the kitchen when she saw me coming back. So. that is only one way to defend yourself.
Show of hands. How many people would love to see the rest of the video after dad said "Go in, son." Personally I would love to see it. When he said those three little words, you know I was over for that Karen.
When you are done getting your gas, don't put the cellphone to your ear until the hose is returned to its proper location. Please read this twice if you are clueless.
2:02.... Okay, let me see if I understand this...exactly what kind of parent would not react quite aggressively if a stranger hit their child? I can think of no one.
And she's on my property telling me she assaulted MY CHILD!!!!! I would've whooped her ass, called the police, and held her down until they got there! Could not have been me or one of mine. We would've made the news alright, just not so peacefully.
one that wants to win a big lawsuit in court and not have any clapback during a trial, if the mom had gotten angry and physically retaliated then the case would be different, but in this situation remaining calm was the best option for the mom, makes it to where the karen is the only instigator and gets all the charges with no opportunity to fight back in court.
You can kinda tell the brain function is off with most of these people. Especially that one with the car back up, it's like how a child would react lol
17:43 Filming in public is legal, but harassment is not. These people who run around looking for trouble, filming people etc, are just looking for a punch in the head.
@@chubbrock659 Yep. Someone in the neighborhood informed the police about the video. They watched it, spoke to the kids and parents and she got arrested for assaulting a child. I think the info was on one of the channels for nightmare/bad neighbors
Lawsuits for what?🤔 Idgaf what city or town you are in, how you were raised, what color your skin may be, or what gender you may be affiliated with, you can't just go randomly looking in people's cars and then when people who are obviously uncomfortable with what he is doing call the police you won't identify yourself. Sorry, but that's not how shit works.. society has seriously got shit all twisted with this lawsuit shit! He was in the wrong COMPLETELY here!!!
@@Adoptedbymydog A) It was in public and you have no right to privacy in public. And you cannot trespass what the eyes can see. Is it wrong? Maybe, but it's not illegal. B) Since it's not illegal, the cops do not have the right to ask for ID. You are only forced to show ID if you have been arrested. Notice how the cops wouldn't say what he's arrested for until the end of the clip? You can tell they were trying to come up with something to make legit. They were just butt hurt that he didn't comply to their unlawful demands. They violated his 4th Amendment rights.
@@allanthornton6827 thank you for that. Those are things I wasn't aware of and I'm never too smart to learn. I also appreciate you not being rude with your reply. Some people feel the need to start personally attacking people's character over one possibly misinterpreted comment. It's been a while since I watched it so I'm definitely gonna go back with that information in mind and rewatch. Thank you again ✌️♥️😊🐶
@@Adoptedbymydog Thank you for the kind reply and I totally agree with your sentiment. I'm turning 50 next week and people are so quick to judge and be keyboard Karens (ironically lol) instead of stopping and think there's more to this, especially when police are involved. 🙏
You can’t really tell without context. From what the cops say about looking “In” cars, it may have looked like he was seeing if breaking in it was a good idea. People break into cars all the time by finding something on the seat that they might want to steal. You can’t tell who’s in the right by this video alone.
12:20 She didn't handle it well, but having a mat that (I'm guessing) says "F**k Off" is a big middle finger to the families in the building. The guy is a low class piece of s**t. I'd hate to be a cop answering calls like this. A building full of trash fighting with trash...
So you put the f word on a doormat outside your door in an apartment complex for all to see and you're surprised when your neighbors disrespect you? Because you are so respectful of your neighbors
This! I actually thought that Karen was right to kick it. Why is it OK to put offensive words outside your property where children will read it. And if its a block of flats, then surely that mat is not on his property anyway??
Bwahahaha.....people have the Legal Right to be Jerks. They also have the Legal Right for their property to not be damaged, taken, or effected by others. The so called "bad words" are heard everyday on TV, radio, public conversations, etc. You have the right to be offended, BUT your offended cannot be used to violate others and their rights. There is a lot of things I do not like....I walk or scroll right on by. Kids know a lot more than you think they do. And they need to know other things and how to act/react to this things. Use something like this as a teaching moment and not a tantrum moment.
That man throwing chicken on the train trying to instigate shit sure sat the fuck down fast when that woman started telling him to act right and pipe down.
What happened to my world? Did I take the wrong exit home? Where did common decency go? Civility? Accepting responsibility for ones own actions! Where did these people come from? Children being mouthy and snobbish, adults hitting another’s child. Threats and hateful ness, disrespectful Not one kind word or Acceptance , such meanness. . I-am getting close to one foot in my grave, if this is the new world I go willingly. It’s just getting to ugly and unacceptable! So much disrespect! Is it because of SM? Politics, poor educational system, poor parenting? I feel sorry that compassion is a thing of the past. Caring for others and there well being. How did I live so long and never disrespect my elders. , authority others then siblings as a child? And now we name nasty people Karen and Kevin. And the F bomb constantly used! No control. This is just to sad.😢💞🕊
Yo, why is our society so against defending people we love? The reason why Karen confesses on hitting the kid, is because she knows if the parents do anything about it. They get in more trouble. This is the world we created and it's fucked up and broken. There's no justice.
if the mom had been aggressive and hit back it would've been a whole different case, but the fact she handled it calmly means its a case won for the family and the angry woman gets recognized as the primary instigator and she gets to go to jail for assaulting a child and probably a number of other charges like disturbing the peace.
What you're talking is not justice; it's vengeance. We have laws because we're civilized. You can't just go around reacting with violence whenever you like.
You two don't get it or missing the point. The Karen had hit the kid. So, you're telling me you would do nothing, because it's illegal to defend your kid even if it comes to retaliation. At which point would you two have to come to terms that you have to do something. So, let me tell you what happened to the Karen. She was charged, but it was a slap on the wrist. So, again, would you do nothing and let a Karen beat your kid? Or would you say, fuck the law, my kid's in danger and I'm the only one that could do something? Because the so-called justice, did nothing to the Karen that struck the kid.
@@DragonCTR it wasn’t just a “slap on the wrist” because she was also the head of their homeowners association in that specific neighborhood and she was removed as well as given a restraining order by the family, so if she even talks or looks at them funny or approaches them she’s gonna get in bigger trouble for violating that. I’d rather have that than beat her ass over a petty hit, of course in this case I wouldn’t have seen the hit but if my child tells me then yeah I’m gonna confront her and make sure she doesn’t pursue trying to harm them. Justice was served and she got her karma. If I act irresponsibly and irrationally with my emotions I’m going to cause a bigger problem than what it should be, if I act logically and comprehensively then I’m more than able to take control of a situation or have things favor me heavily in the end of it. So I think you’re missing the point, yes the child was struck but justice was served. I’m not going to be violent back because that solves absolutely nothing.
@jordanmartinez4568 I'm not missing the point and what I mean by that, is that you misinterpreting me and still doing it now. What I mean is that, the Karen did that because she thought she got away with it. And by defending our children doesn't always mean violence. It means doing what's necessary for the safety of our kids. I believe physical action is acceptable, such as standing between them and the assailant. If the attacker is so adamant on chasing the child, then it's up to you to decide on what to do within reason.
The dad told his son to go in so he could take care of the Karen. I can only hope he impressed upon the Karen that you don't hit ANY minor. Truth be told, I hope he beat the crap out of her, then called the LEOs and EMS.
The thing that makes me laugh is people say "Karen, Karen" or "Kevin, Kevin". But how many of these people's names are actually Karen or Kevin I wonder?? 🤔🤔 I know people who are called Karen and Kevin who are actually very nice people who'll do anything to help anyone.
The old lady outside the supermarket harassing the kid was probably smiling by a group hanging, when she was young. Don't forget these same elderly people was around lieing and helping to hang Blacks, some straight up killed Blacks themselves and never got charged. Hey grandma what you did when you were little???
10:45 It's hard to know the truth here. For all we know he was scoping out cars for a while. That's when a person creeps around a lot, looks in the cars for valuables & unlocked doors then says they were just admiring the cars when caught.

"I'm not trying to be ugly", well you are ugly inside and outside. As for the old woman bothering the young boy, mind your own damned business. I would have bought all of his candy too.
2:01 The women is a pain-in-thr-ass but the kid is a punk. When the old man finally comes out, he says. "go in son.", when The twerp really needs a good backhand.
