I've been battling with suicidal thoughts and severe depression for a long time. I've tried telling my parents,but they don't understand. And when they told me to get over it,i felt even worse then i did before. For years i kept everything to myself and promised myself to NEVER tell anyone about my problems in real life. A couple months back i was listening to Forever (Kari Jobe) and this was in the recommended section. I watched it and when it got to th chorus,i started crying my hear out. I've been struggling with my faith and relationship with God for alone time now. But this song has had such an big impact on my life. Just remember that if you're breathing,God isn't done with you. The enemy comes to steal and kill,but if you're just breathing God is still with you and will deliver you from your pain. And when everyone else has left you and betrayed you or your problems are too "messy",remember God is there. "I'm not alone. You will go before me. You will never leave me." God already knows how your life will play out. He knows you more than anybody (even yourself.). Dont worry about tomorrow. Just even today has enough of it's worries. I may be 14 now,but life can be hard for anyone. And more thing i would like to say/quote. "So when the whole world turns against me and I'm all by myself. And I can't hear You answer my cries for help. I'll remember the suffering Your love put You through. And I will go through the darkness if You want me to."

My son passed on May 26, 2022 from a car wreck 2 days before his 19th birthday. I opened his funeral with this song because even in my worst pain I know God is good, 🍀🍀🙌🙌🙏🙏He is faithful, and He is running after me not just me but also my son that He took with Him. I survived a 7.5 hour double surgery, almost bleed to death. After which I received 3 blood transfusions from 3 different donors! In the early hours of this morning (25 January 2020) my beloved mother passed away. Hours before she passed My family and I were by her side while she layed on the hospital bed. At one point my sister-in-law and I sang this song to her and she tried to hum it even though her heart and oxygen levels were super low. She heard us and hummed it for some seconds. I was so moved by this. This was her favourite Kari Jobe song and I just wanted her to know that even though she’s going through the worst pain, she is not alone. We are with her and most importantly our Lord Jesus Christ is with her. I know she is now in the presence of our Lord and Saviour Jesus. One day I will see her and my dad again. Oh how happy I will be!

My dad died in May of this year...through the tears, brokenness, and devastation of finding out I'm prego and the baby's father leaving and telling me to abort the baby I was scared and lonely. And then my dad dying. I felt like my WHOLE world was crumbling before me. "Through the valley of the shadow. I will not fear. I am not alone, I am not alone. You will got before me...you will never leave me..." these words came up on my phone. Immediately I played that song and it was as if God was speaking SO clearly to my spirit. And reminding me, I AM NOT ALONE. Even when It feelsscary, or hard, or I wanna give up. He is with me the WHOLE time and I am his. I miss my dad so much more than words can say but I know my Father in Heaven is with me everyday. 😘

I heard this song for the 1st time last night. I decided to listen to the Christian radio station as i fell asleep. Lately I have felt far away from Jesus. It's my fault I pull away. This song woke me. I lied there listening. He never has left me. Others in my life have but not Jesus. I needed to hear that song. I felt a peacefulness inside of me as well as surrounding me. So much craziness is happening in our country right now. It's been so easy to lose who I am. I felt lost until this song playing quietly in my room woke me. I thank this beautiful young woman and I pray her talent continues to be blessed. And I thank Jesus for the connection he made to my heart! He loves me! He loves ALL OF US

Been dealing with anxiety lately and when I heard this song, I broke down so hard. But I believe God will heal me.

My testimony - As a kid, I was brought up at a Penn Hills church called "Penn Hills Missionary Alliance". I attended Sunday Church Service and Wednesday Youth Groups basically every week up until my early teen years. I even read the Bible from front to back at the age of 10 (not an easy read for such a young punk lol). I also often memorized Bible Verses to earn my way into Edinboro Bible Camp. I had a lot of fun with all of those experiences. Anyways, my pap who was a devout Christian and the "rock" that held the family together, passed away when I was only 13 years old. I see now that my parents were going to church to please him, not God. Ironically, after he died, my descent into a life controlled by sin started to get out of control. I got into marijuana, alcohol, pornography, and began to disrespect my parents like it was my job. Into my twenties, things only got much much worse. I was a marijuana dealer for 7 years, slept with about 100 women (thank God I don't have any STD's), disrespected my parents to the point of face to face confrontation, lied to people, was addicted to porn and sex, served 5 months in Westmoreland County Prison, etc. Basically every step I took was an assault against God. Fast forward to more recent times - I was in a 4 1/2 year relationship with an older woman. I truly thought we were in love, I really did. I now see that that was not the case as she lacked the capacity to forgive which is not love. She would constantly throw my past in my face (as many of you are currently guilty of doing). Anyways, she discovered my porn issue and instead of talking about it in a compassionate and caring manner, she attacked me calling me names and even making false accusations. Then, she said something that really told me she was not a true Christian - She said you could fall too far from God's Grace to receive His mercy, which is NOWHERE in the Bible. (Go Ahead, read it. I dare you lol) Now don't get me wrong, women view watching porn as cheating when you are in a relationship. I get that and I admit that I was wrong for my actions. So anyway, she broke up with me. At first my mourning was for her, but gradually it turned into a mourning of my own soul. I was truly disgusted with the person I was. I no longer wanted to hurt myself or others around me any longer. I cried for several hours on my hands and knees like a little baby asking God to have mercy on me. Then I started watching RU-vid videos about how to get closer to God. Then I fell asleep for about 3 to 4 hours. When I woke up, I saw on my phone a video which I had not even selected! (I was asleep after all and had not physically touched my phone at all). It was a RU-vid video by Pastor Groeschel about "Spiritual Warrior- Your Porn Battle Plan". I couldn't believe it at first! I knew then that God was listening, God cared, and God loved me! It was at that moment that I started to believe which in turn opened my heart to Jesus. I then got on my knees all over again and wept like a little baby asking Jesus into my heart as my personal Lord and Savior. I made one key promise though...I promised to God that I would surrender it all and put Him first in my life above all, even my own family. Almost immediately after that, I felt a sudden surge of love and strength flow into my heart like a mighty rushing river! It was purely supernatural....literally knocked the breath out of me several times and gave me goosebumps all over my body. I became a Christian on August 16, 2020 - same day that Elvis died ironically. Now I possess love and strength that I never knew were possible before. I am now literally willing to die for my King Jesus Christ if need be....if it serves to glorify His Almighty Name. I have encountered much spiritual attack in the last 2 weeks or so (Satan is mad that he lost the battle over my heart/soul). In fact, even my own family members and former friends have lashed out at me over my newfound Faith. That's okay though because they also persecuted Jesus about 2,000 years ago so I am in good company. Thank you for reading and God bless you all! - I will add to this though.....never put anyone before God/Jesus Christ, even a woman or man who you think you are in love with. If they are not right with God, then they are not right for you. I made this unfortunate error in my spiritual journey and paid dearly for it Thank God that I made it through by the Amazing Grace of God though. He has had much mercy on me to allow me to live and once again glorify/praise His Almighty Name! Praise be to our Eternal Lord and Savior, JESUS CHRIST!!!

I was driving through a snowstorm in a tractor trailer and I was being over taken with fear, as I could see the road. Speed limit was 65 and I was going 15-20 mph. Fear was telling me that I could not do this and I almost pulled over which would have placed myself and other motorist in danger. Then this song came on the radio, I knew then I was good, I kept driving and with each mile I became empowered and drove right out of the storm to calmer weather. Never doubt God!

My boyfriend sent me this. I'm in a purging process. With sanctified eyes I can see how I grew up was NOT normal. It's hurts and God will carry me through this process just as he has been doing my whole life. ❤

My brother's ex-wife (the two just divorced recently) tried to kill herself tonight with a drug overdose. This song just hit me hard thinking about her and praying for her soul. She is so hurt, not just by this divorce the two have had to go through but by the many demons that have lied to her and stolen away the joy of her life for over years. My ex-sister-in-law does not understand the message this song brings. Holy Spirit, find her tonight in that hospital bed and help her realize what is in this message.. she isn't alone. She's not hated. She is loved even as things fail around her. Don't let her believe the lies the enemy has spewed into her soul for years now. Give her your light, your love and your protection. You are the ONLY thing that can heal completely. Your arms are not judging, your love is unconditional. Help her find her way to the Lord's feet for when we are one our knees and at our ends is when your hand is there to pull us into your love and cast out the darkness. Amen.
