Can't believe he didn't get a 40 score for this. Karin really had his moment to shine in the Charleston. Knew from the beginning he was a hidden gem. Always feel happy when watching him put so much effort in and enjoying. So genuine!

It is between Karim and Kelvin in the final, isn't it? Both deserved 40 tonight!

If Craig had any problems with this dance, he should've said it. Not y'know shock everyone by pulling out a 9 when he didn't critique at all. Nearly broke my TV with rage when I saw the score, also Motsi is a mood when Craig gave his score.

This deserved a 40 more than any other dance this series. I was shouting at the tv hahaha. Well done Amy and Karim, not only are you both amazingly talented but also both seem so down to earth and such fun company to be around. You were cheated but hey ho 39 is still WOW! xxx

I loved how Amy get to dance to the song that introduced her to the show. Now, I could understand how Kelvin got a 9 from Craig, but how did this not get a 10. The swivels were amazing. Like I said about Alex's charleston, it gave me a Harlem Renaissance type of feel. The jitterbug/swing moments in this routine was incredible. Loved it!! *10!!!*

I'd like to report a missing ten paddle...

I understand it’s Craig’s entire purpose to be the harsh but fair judge who pretends to be stone cold but he didn’t have a single bad thing to say about this dance and still gave it a 9. The character gets boring very quickly Craig.

Karims power is definitely the quick dances with lots and lots of moves. This Charleston was phenomenal! Bravo! Its a 10 from me!

After Motsi saying she wanted to give more than a 10, it would have been class if she gave 11 to make it a 40.

I LOVE how confident he is on his own, he`s such a dedicated performer for a young lad. I`m glad Amy has a lovely partner after Danny last year. 10/10

I love how most celebs look mildly terrified when they do lifts but when Karim is lifted at 1:41 he literally keeps on dancing, waving his arms and shaking his heads. What an icon. He has to win!

Unpopular opinion: I adored this dance and also think it deserved a 40, but I'm not a judge on strictly. Craig is there to hold the dancers to the absolute highest standard and if he doesnt think it was utterly flawless I will bow to his deeper knowledge and understanding. It makes his 10s worth more than anyone could ever imagine. When Karim gets his 10 from craig, I will know he has earned it. Karim to win.

Karim was sensational!! The Charleston so suited him. He coped well with the speed and really showed he has endless energy. Loved this dance and would love him to win. I think it’ll be Kelvin but definitely teamKarim.

Well Karim is back and is back with a BANG! my favourite Charleston in recent strictly years imo. The character is infectious the attack and energy continued from beginning to end and technically it was great with some decent swivel. I didn’t watch tonight and I want to know why Craig didn’t give this a 10 since I didn’t hear his comment. For me I can’t fault it. I guarantee I will find something to nitpick if I watch it again. Maybe it was messy at parts but that doesn’t bother me personally 10!

WOW!! That was such a marvelous number!! Karim's musicality and dancing abilities are exceptional and his performance skills are of the highest quality. This routine had a lovely mix of pure Charleston steps and Lind Hop steps, and it was lovely to behold. Smooth lifts, such a clean lines all packed with tons and tons of energy and fabulous sense of rhythm. Karim's swivels could have been a tad more compact (there was a little bit of space between his front leg and his back leg) but other than that it was really fantastic! Very nice choreography, such a brilliant and professional execution from Karim... really not far from perfection! A 9.

his lil face at 0:30 just before the slide/jump thing (also, all for the guys doing more lifts lmao), so cute. i do sometimes agree with the judges wanting him to reel things back but this felt such a good balance of control and absolute excitement and energy. This was incredible, still not sure why they didn’t get a 40!! More importantly than that though I am so proud of both Amy and Karim. To come back from a bad week last week and absolutely smash this dance, it’s hard but they were amazing!! I’m also so happy for Amy, she finally got to dance with a celeb in blackpool and she got to dance her first charleston on strictly!! Genuinely two of the loveliest people ever, they deserve this so much!
