And guess what, all those “programs” have so much red tape, never work affectively, and many times the people who ACTUALLY need the help can’t get it due to ether a technicality, or it being so difficult to navigate the process, they end up not being able to figure out how to actually get the help. I know because I’ve personally tried to help people figure out how to apply for these programs, and sat on phone calls with them waiting sometimes hours, only to get hung up on. The government NEVER runs anything affectively.

Most of the cuts to schools and veterans is to bring back unspent COVID relief money. The budget takes us to 2022 spending levels and it should have been 2019 pre COVID levels.
