Karl Goldmark : Concerto pour violon et orchestre op.28 (Renaud Capuçon) 

In my opinion one of the 5 most beautiful violin concertos, unfortunately it is not played so often. Music that penetrates deep into my innermost being. Wonderful!

IT IS DEFINITELY ONE OF THE BEST CONCERTS THAT HAVE BEEN ABLE TO WRITTEN IN THE HISTORY OF MUSIC. I love this concert since the first time I heard it, I searched for it since I saw it recommended in a musicians forum and it is certainly an absolute marvel. Thanks to this channel and the French Radio Philharmonic for allowing me to see this beautiful interpretation, I wish with my soul that at some point I could be live and direct before such a majestic work of art. Postscript. At minute 28:46 in another version I've heard a violin solo cadenza follows and gradually the orchestra joins in, this lasts around 3 minutes. This that I mentioned is a free section of the concert? Or was it that they simply decided not to run that section.

Moi je continue à penser que Gautier Capuçon, le violoncelliste frère du violoniste Renaud, soie un musicien plus complet et intéréssant. Du point de vue technique rien à dire mais le son du violon est toujours un peu trop faible et discret.
