Level 1 of the Karl Lagerfeld diet its a total of 3 levels.
Calories per day for the next 2 to 3 weeks
Water intake daily
Vegetables you're allowed to eat on the diet
I am 5'6" my ideal weight according to my height
Small frame: 113.1 - 123.2
Medium frame: 118.8 - 135.3
Large frame: 127.8 - 146.3

Level 1 exercise every other day because you're only taking in low calories and working out makes you hungry he doesn't want you to over eat.
