Companies have every reason to shift from Karnataka if they forcefully implement such high percentage of reservation. One third mandatory reservation is okay but having 75 percent it's unacceptable. And of other govt provide incentives like what they did with semiconductor companies will surely move there.. Private Companies aren't bound by vote bank politics.😅

I know many SC/OBC people, they get seats bcz of their Reservation status but their Per year income is more than 8lakh rs.On the other side, I know a bramhan student, he didn't get a seat in a govt. Clg becz of his General status, & the funny part is his family's per month income is less a 10000rs.Its bizarre tbh. Btw I'm an OBC too.I have to mention it, otherwise I will be in trouble😅. If anybody needs prove then I have no issue to show my OBC certificate if that person ensure to secure my privacy

Reservations should be based on ones economic situation and not caste or region based. And reservation should not be extended for generations...it should only be for a limited period to help uplift the currently down trodden population. Once a generation gets lifted up they should be in a gud position to be competitive from there on. And please do not meddle in the growth of this country...by imposing such reservations in private sector also...

Region based reservation is not good, but caste based reservation can only be removed if our social structure changes that means if caste becomes irrelevant and there is only one way that is intercaste marriages otherwise so called upper caste people will keep on discriminating against others and reservation goes on , sad reality is no one even wants to accept that discrimination exists , denying the problem won't solve the issue.
