Sir, i got 21 marks in Land law final sem, all other sem results are clear , should i apply revaluation or Challenge valuation....pls suggest

For 1st sem, 3 years LLB, 80 20 pattern, as I’m not hvg IA marks, I scored 35 n above in all subs but below 40, I gave for Challenging , but not even 1 mark got increased, to score 40, I attempted for 4th time now..even for revaluation they didn’t increased a single mark..

In revaluation if the person got less than the original marks, the original marks would be retained as per the old rule. What about the new ammendment? Will the original marks be retained if the candidate gets less marks in the revaluation?
