Thanks for this. It sounds like they changed the song from earlier gigs which i think sounded better. Or maybe it it just worse sound quality with my imagination filling in the gaps...
Saw Karnivool live for the first time at the Monolith Festival in Sydney probably 2 years ago now. Had we known they were touring again I would've seen them this time. So sad I missed it! We couldn't believe how good they were live, just a magical experience, and I'm not easily impressed.
I've seen Karnivool over 50 times, Monolith in Sydney being the 2nd most recent time, as well was it the first time seeing them in roughly 3 years due to lockdowns, the magic was certainly strong that night, and after seeing them again in Sydney in May i can say with absolute confidence the magic does not wear off, even that many shows later. I doubt it ever will. I'm so glad you felt the magic these guys are capable of producing at their live shows, and hope you experience that unique feeling many times again.
