Adamclayton5 contextually you seem right but for some reason I keep hearing 'fly' instead of fight, but it makes no sense haha. I'm glad you said fight because it works much better and is a great lyric
This is bloody brilliant. It's got everything - a bit of the Asymmetry feel, a few nods to their earlier soundscape as well....Hell yes. And new album before the end of this or the next millennium, please?
This is really growing on me. I don't mind how long it takes them to write and record the next album, because I know when it arrives it will be worth the wait
Sounds rad, hope they're recording? Haven't seen and update from them in months, would love to see a return to the production of Sound Awake, the songs on Asymmetry were killer but the recording quality left a lot to be desired IMO
I know your comment is several years old, but they are indeed working with Forrester Savell again who produced & recorded both Themata and Sound Awake. Who knows when they will actually finish the album though. But it's gonna be awesome!!
I like this a lot but it doesn't actually sound like anything new to me. This would fit Asymmetry pretty well, which is one of my favourite albums ever recorded, but I'd like to see them still developing and not basing on the same ideas.
I remember seeing an interview, where they were talking about how they finally finished a song that could of been on the asymmetry album.. I think this may be the song which is why it sounds like something off asymmetry.
