As a Jamaican i don't have any respect for the court systems and the police department i went to some of the court to listen some of the cases and i am telling you the judges are careless reckless out of control and disrespectful and did not follow the truth of the law, Corruption and lawless.

So Now, all any guilty person has to do, is to pay someone to sabotage their own case, and get Off on a technicality later ? If this is allowed to happen, it will have Set a dangerous precedent.

Crime pays. Society has to ask themselves what is it that they really want? On one hand, the cry is the unmanageable crime wave. On the other hand, we glorify criminals because they have hit songs. Don’t blame me. I am stating facts!

Bro kartel might’ve commit the crime but when you look at how the law system works and based on the privy council and how they are dealing with the case in the Jamaican system shows how deeply corrupted jamaica is they are stretching this thing out they have replaced law with their personal feelings towards the artist if it was anyone else they would’ve been made a decision something isn’t right here

I have learnt that the court is not a place of justice......money can dictate court outcome.

When it come to justice system of Jamaica. The criminal been let out back. On the victim's on they families been let down. There can't be any justice not until it becomes justice for all. Love, Honor and Respect to Teach Dem Channel because they are incredible. However, the Jamaican Court System needs to get their acts together. In fact, they tried everything to keep Vybz Kartel in prision but in the end you have to make a decision. You can not kept delaying a Thirteen Years Case because you hate somebody that is discrimination. Yes, just like how Jamaica gave the LGBTQ their rights. July 31- to me the Judge" might be giving the prosecution team moretime to put a trial case together, for them to find grounds to do re-trial because Its obvious that they can't find 3 credible witness. My gut intuition is that the prosecution will get the re-trial grant and Kartel will get bail because of medical reasons.

lizard is dead and the defendants were found guilty of killing him, however, because a juror attempted to bribe the foreperson, a breach for which he was removed from the jury, charged, found guilty and sentenced accordingly. Also, of the 12 jurors, another was removed for other reasons, leaving 10 of the 12. It is my comprehension that a trial could proceed with at least 10 jurors, if one or two can't serve for whatever reason. I say that to say this, was the defense made aware of the attempted bribe? If so, did they file any motion to otherwise not proceed with the trial in lieu of the bribery attempt? or did they agree to move forward given the circumstances? I'm just trying to mek sense of it all!
