Kartik was so good in love aaj kal. He played two different and difficult characters and never do you feel that it's played by a same man. After watching the movie you end up loving Veer and young Raghu but hating the grown up Raghu, if this is not a mark of an great actor than what is. Rajeev sir you really need to watch the movie again. And if you're incapable of appreciating him in this movie then I believe Kartik deserves much more than your roundtable.

Like many other viewers, I feel Kartik has recently done phenomenally well in LAK- I am disappointed in Rajeev Sir’s appraisal of the movie and his steadfast ignoring of the fact that none of the others in this chat have done better work than K in recent movies. I followed Rajeev sir’s reviews in the past, but after LAK...I don’t trust his judgement. I think a lot of reviewers in India today are dated- And not because of age- but rather psychologically. Simple concepts from romantic attachment and relationships are perplexing to them. Due to this gap in their perspectives, they are unfit to review movies for a wideeeeeeee array of audiences. They are not really in touch with what’s going on with the audiences , in our country or globally! Sadly, I will miss this critic who I think me and many others from my generation have loved but also outgrown...Thanks Imtiaz sir and Kartik and Sara and the whole LAK team for beautifully crafting a vibrant piece of cinema that is as timely as it is timeless...LAK is loved by audiences across the 🌍 💎💎 You know us, you see us...your cinema speaks to us and represents us.
