I sent her a mailer right before she listed. She used the realtor that helped her by the house. When that realtor couldn’t get the house sold. She used an older white gentleman. Unfortunately, he couldn’t get the household. They went into for closure and sold for 1.7 million. Which is about $200,000 less than what she posted it for.
It’s been listed for an extremely long time. When the address is goggled it shows when it was purchased and it’s in her name also her birthday is provided showing she’s 32. Not sure why she is still pretending to be under 30 but hey. The mansion doesn’t look worth it to me. Needs updating for 2 million for sure.
