The problem is is alot of dudes from the hood especially under age 25 don't undestand that levels of loyalty are long term investments. He shoulda just cut him a check or gave him another look or got him some meetings/ brought him on a tour and over pay him 1x to make sure that he knows he's appreciated. People do not understand principles these days. When me and my partners were 15 and broke. We use to sit outside everyday and talk about 1 day if we ever get money or rich we gone look out for each other. It was three of us. Two of us became contractors and starting building houses. We started making a lot of money And we brought in our child hood friend. We never left him behind. And got him so money. Now all three on top. It’s principles to life. It’s not about the money.
