It isn't underground store but basment , commonly found in Europe houses , they don't waste the space inside the plinth. Amazed to see it here , although not that big but still ok.
No expense will be spared for the tacky looking aesthetics on this house such as pointless false ceilings, massive windows etc. However, no money has been spent on things such as wall and floor insulation, full double glazed uPVC windows, central heating system etc. which would really make this house comfortable to live in. As with most other houses in Kashmir, this house will be like an arctic in winter months. Why do we build our houses in a way that are not equipped for the climate of Kashmir?

"Winters kay liye accha nahi hai" If our architects could not build houses keeping in mind that we have a long winter then this is useless. Our houses should be designed keeping two basic things in mind, earthquakes and long winters. But our architects and engineers design houses in kmr only for good looks.
@@mumtazqazi So, what improvement have you done to Kashmiri architecture in this project? You're yourself admitting that this house won't be good for winters when you know that Kashmir has long and harsh winter. What is the point of having uPVC window in one room? And then having massive 3 storey opening in the form of a window? I feel engineering and architectural basics are not being done here.
