Waseem Jaan, a farmer from Anantnag, Kashmir, shared his experience with Team NIJ on how PM Modi’s down-to-earth development approach has helped poor people and farmers of the valley.
Multiple government schemes like Kisan Credit Card Yojana, PM Kisan Yojana, Fertilisers Subsidy and PM Fasal Bima Yojana have been revolutionary. Kashmir has entered a phase of utter development after the abrogation of Article 370, quoted the farmer.

In just four years, he has transformed possibilities into agricultural success. It's crucial for all agriculturists to grasp government policies for their development and sustainability. Regardless of governance, he is poised to be a successful agriculturist and entrepreneur. Heartfelt wishes for the farmers in Kashmir and respect to Central Govt for introduction & effective implementation of such welfare measures.

Many interviews I saw abt j&k but ds episode among farmers class is excellent,well intellectual, brilliant knowledge abt d days 2 days activity.Ds person is an icon 2 fallow other kashmiri 2 keep hand 2 hand of development of Kashmir.Role model of Kashmir farmers class.

Good for Kashmiri farmers. Peace and prosperity is the way ✌️. This direct cash transfer to farmers every year on per acre basis was started by Telangana CM KCR in 2014, then copied by central govt ( PM kisan) . Good .

4: 4 Corp insurance maine kiya tha 1 acre ko 2500rs barna ho tha hai every year, incase if spoiled our agricultural, by rain , by animals or any other way spoil means we can get money . This year's we got per acre 60,000Rs, last year per acre 50,000rs. I am from costal so here rain is common, so for us it's very beneficial
