Hey, I have booked the same hostel, just wanted to ask how is the road till the Hostel, and are there any public / private parking for bikes available nearby if the road is not that good till hostel?
About some meters from the hostel to the market area is bouldery so I guess you need to park your bike somewhere in the market area. It's still better to ask the hostel directly about this

i was there in end of april last year. Yes keeping your luggage like that is absolutely safe wherever they allow, just make sure that you don't leave valuables there, like laptop or any other gadgets if you have.
