Due to a gravitational anomaly of passing by it’s sister planet in a close star orbit, the shrine world of Orakai IV is swamped with high tides and torrential downpours for the better part of a month. During this time a special task force of Cadians have been dropped on the planet including the 95th Cadian Rifles and fire teams of Kasrkin storm troops. Using the Monsoon as cover the teams will infiltrate and capture the shrine peak of Killim before the bulk of imperial forces arrive on planet in order to prevent chaos marines from destroying the holy relics held there.

my first squad lead was a tau pathfinder operation, the devilfish+drones bugged out, i had the drone sound in my ears the whole time, then we got spotted and an entire airbase decided to make us stop existing.... i dont know how was your experience but consider this.... its gonna be much easier after an experience like that :D (or thats what i was telling myself anyway)

Things to expect in a Igins 40K game. Entire squads getting wiped out by a single enemy tank. Everyone on the ground patching themselves up only to be blasted as soon as you stand back up. Vehicle support unavailabe because they decided they wanted to become valkayires and take off. Jay screaming for Tails after something tragic happens to him.

Warhammer 40K Chaos is basically emotions+free thinking (like the Dark Side of the Force in Star Wars). Any of these 2 things will lead to corruption by Chaos. It should be reflected in tactics of both sides (mobile, non-traditional, imaginatory tactics vs rigid plans by the Imperium).
