Enhance precision and efficiency in our automation processes by using the SICK PLOC2D for our robotic guidance application. Paired with the versatile Kassow 1410, a 7-axis collaborative robot, and the Onrobot 3FG15 gripper this video shows the use of a Sick PLOC2D camera to identify and locate parts in a collection of randomly placed objects. The part locations are then used to guide the Kassow 1410 collaborative robot, which is equipped with an On Robot 3FG finger gripper, to pick the parts we’re interested in and load them where they are required.
