you came to my school district a few months ago, I was in a really dark place back then, you sang your voice is so powerful and beautiful I listen to this song a lot. it gives me strength to keep fighting. because of you I'm happy, I'm alive and I'm expecting a baby boy in a few months.. when I found out that I'm pregnant I wanted to end the pregnancy because I was scared, then you came this song gave me a strength I never knew was in me, so I decided to be fearless and say " fuck it " I'm keeping my baby. it will be hard and I will inevitably have weak moments because I'm human I'm not perfect but I know I will be able to stand up and be stronger, I cant wait to meet my baby boy and I'm so thankful I met you. thank you Kat perkins I love you and your music keep up the work!!!

I have met her in person. She sang this song at my school. I actually talked with, about bullying. Kat Perkins gave me the courage to stand up to a bully, who had been bullying me for years.

Every once in a while we see random videos in You Tube and some of them have that distinctive "feeling" of stardust in them ! So i found another random video today of an artist ( already complete professional performer , it was obvious ) performing a song of Adele in the airport of Amsterdam and since that moment i knew ... She is GOOD ! I am happy that her talent is recognized and i was so damn right about her ! I will stick around and enjoy !!!!

She performed this at my school when i was in 6th grade and I got to take pictures with her and it's honestly so amazing to see how far she has gotten, i was watching the voice and it hit me that she was telling us abt her journey on the voice and than i thought abt her and looked it up and seeing her being there and now being here makes me so proud, and the fact that i met her when she wasn't that known and now seeing her with so many people listening to her makes me happy
