The Princess of Wales has issued a personal message revealing that she has been diagnosed with cancer
following her abdominal surgery earlier this year and that she is undergoing preventative chemotherapy.
The news comes after many weeks of speculation about the health of the 42-year-old future queen, who has not been seen on official duties since Christmas.
On the Sky News Daily, Jonathan Samuels is joined by our Royal Correspondent, Rhiannon Mills to discuss how this news will impact the Royal Family and when we can expect to see Catherine resume full duties.

I was afraid it might’ve been cancer because that would’ve been the biggest cause of keeping their personal family life private. Plus, I had stated in some previous posts that I was concerned that she was becoming thinner. No one needs to be even more concerned about than what a young mother and wife already has being treated for cancer. Yes, she is Princess Catherine but right now she must concentrate on her health and her family. She cannot be concerned about trolls and she only needs prayers and best wishes for support.

Oh give me a break! No god or religion showed up during the holocaust, the black plague, terrorist attacks, millions of other terminal cancer diagnoses that poorer people have suffered from but yeah I'm sure on rare occasions for a rich famous person that God will show up and help. my ex wife had to work harder when i had CANCER,,,, my first thought was how do I keep my family feed and alive, then the same thought for my workers, as i planned them to survive my death, telling people is hard ,,,, BUT ,,, not as hard as knowing your the main bread winner and may not be able to help them. if only i had a country paying the bills ? but then ,,, I would think of the people first.

Hmmm i dont know, she has a history of lies, and attention & sympathy fishing... Dont be surprised if she makes a miraculous recovery and goes on to write 3 books and do a dozen top talk shows on her life and d3ath fight... right in the lime light where she likes it, might even get a movie about her!
